Thank goodness I know how to knit

I was pouring through a stack of mail that came this week and I found my newest Victoria's Secret catalog. As of late, I have had little or no use for the items that spill across the pages. Perhaps there is a glimmer of need on the horizon, but it is just a blip on the radar at the moment. I digress.....

I flipped to the back of the catalog, past the unmentionables, to the sweaters. Nothing really caught my attention until I saw this. Look familiar to anyone? It should. Lion Brand Yarn has chosen it as their next Knit-Along. The pattern can be downloaded free until November 27th from their website. Ravelry has this posted in the patterns as well.

I think that I may just have to pour through the stash to see if I have appropriate yarn to get this on the needles ASAP. If I focus, perhaps I can have it completed and ready to wear for a New Year's Eve party, should an invitation be extended. I have this already in my queue, and I have it on the needles even though it is not in my active projects yet....Stealth knitting...hehe. I will have to see which one I can get done first, as either would be great with a pair of slacks or dressy jeans.

Personally I think it does wonders for one's self esteem and self love to buy pretty under things. Knit on sister.
